Our post-doctoral fellow, Dr. Onur Erpul, and Dr. Ömer Zarplı from Bilkent’s IR Department met with students from Furman University to offer their insights about Turkish foreign policy and answer the students’ questions.
The talk mainly revolved around the systemic and domestic transformations that have affected Turkish foreign policy in recent years with a strong emphasis on Turkey’s multilateral relations with the EU and NATO, and bilateral relations with Russia and the United States.
